I would like to preface by saying I’m EXTREMELY picky. I was referred to Danielle by a friend. She is amazing! I’m no longer a natural blonde any more, yet Danielle makes my blonde look not only so natural and fresh, but blends it in a way where I have less maintenance and damage. Booking online is convenient and easy and the whole staff is pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone!

I have been going to Rachael for balayage for years now! I have very dark hair and when I first came in for my consult she was super honest about how many times it would take to get a good ashy blonde. We also knew after the first time that my hair tends to the red (copper) tones which I don't really like so Rachael has kept me as far from those as possibly with glosses in between color and recommending the best products possible. Additionally, because my hair is thick it can easily get very dry but I LOVE the Milk leave in conditioner they sell here... It has kept my hair nourished between trims! For as much as I've invested in my color I'll def spend what is needed for good products to keep the color vibrant and Do or Dye has them. Thanks for the awesome service! Location is great too.

I really notice a huge difference from the way Grace cuts my hair and the products she uses and recommends. I love the entire team at Do or Dye, they are super laid back, listen to your hair needs, and are incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

Grace has been doing my hair since before she opened up Do Or Dye. I could not be happier. I have short hair and if it's not cut right it will look awful in three weeks. This problem is gone since I've been using Grace. Nice salon, quiet and not pushy.

I had been referred to Do or Dye by a good friend of mine and had high hopes before my first visit but unfortunately left incredibly disappointed.

I am naturally a dirty blonde and have been getting all over highlights since I can even remember and I would say the last three years I have also been doing a base break on top of the highlights after processing the same day.

I was incredibly disappointed with my hair when I left the salon and honestly looked as if I had not my hair done at all. The response I got when I stressed to the stylist my concern was that she had put as many highlights as she could in one appointment with the time that she had... mind you, I booked the appointment requesting a full highlight and hair cut and left with a have done head with at least two inches of root. This was incredibly frustrating as I have never had my hair done ever where it did not look like something had been done in one appointment and is not something a customer would want to hear after paying $300.

I had gone back in on Tuesday this week because the only recommendation at that time was to wait (which my hair again had about 2 inches of root still), get a base break or would need to pay another $300 to get another full highlight. Because I had already wasted $300 and there was ZERO concern for this and needed to be cautious of money, I had decided to do a base break which made it even worse. I had mentioned to the stylist in the salon that I felt like it looked almost orange and said she used the "ashiest" tone she had but clearly was 100% wrong.

I ended up having to go to a totally different salon who were incredible and could not believe how I had been treated and as a paying customer was given zero attention to my situation and was pretty much told to take a hike or spend more money. My hair was only made better by a total different salon and someone who took the time to help me. Although I had to pay double to get it fixed, I trusted that anyone else but Do or Dye or fix the situation and had the error happened with them, they would have made it right.

I reached out to the owners of the Salon as well and have not heard a single thing back.

If you are looking for a salon that has great stylist and impeccable customer service, turn around and walk away because you WILL NOT find it at Do or Dye. As long as they get your money regardless if you are happy or not with the outcome, they good call less.
