I highly recommend using GFP travel for booking your trip to Poland. We were a large family group of 15 people, ranging from 4 months to 60 years old. I knew we’d need help navigating this trip and Tomasz was excellent in this regard. He helped us customize the trip based on our wants/needs. He was always quick to respond through the planning process and then made sure we had all the pertinent information once it came time for the trip. This was a bucket list trip to see the Christmas markets and Tomasz made sure we were seeing all the best ones! Our guides in Poland were all amazing - but especially Rafal. He was so patient with our group, which was not always easy. He never made our kids feel like an inconvenience. We hope to return to see more of Poland one day and will 100% book with GFP and request our favorite guide, Rafal (aka pancake ?).

What an amazing trip that was crafted by Tomasz at GFP Travel. We opted for a private customized tour that so exceeded our expectations that it is the trip of a lifetime. We took a chance and it was like winning the lottery. The hotels were great, the driver/guide, Kris is steeped in Polish history. He was always helpful, patient and most kind. Everything was expertly planned and every small detail taken care of. Kudos to Tomasz and Kris for the best experience. Highly recommend this company.

We used GFP Travel to plan an anniversary trip. Tomasz did a great job customizing an itinerary that fit our time frame. We saw so much in the time we were there. Hotels, restaurants, tours, etc all were excellent. Our guide transported us from place to place safely and recommended additional points of interest for us to see. Poland is beautiful! Don't hesitate to see what this country has to offer using GFP to plan your trip.

I highly recommend GFP Travel for your trip to Poland! My husband has a degree in Holocaust studies, and he realized he really needed to visit the Auschwitz concentration camp. We decided to book GFP Travel’s tour, “Tracing WWII History in Poland.” It was amazing! All of our guides and drivers were native Poles who spoke excellent English and knew so much about WWII history, and it was also interesting to talk with them about how Poland is today. Auschwitz was so intense and so heartbreaking, but I’m glad we visited, because you can’t even begin to imagine to scale of the horrors until you visit it for yourself. Our guide in Warsaw, Jacek, drove us all around Warsaw, was so nice, and taught us so much, and our guides/drivers in Krakow — Lukas, Robert, etc. — were so great, too. They were all so well-informed and very helpful, and so was Tomasz in the GFP office. Lukas even took us to a wonderful roadside sausage restaurant between Auschwitz and Krakow that we never would have known about on our own. Thank you so much for an amazing journey, GFP Travel!

I most highly recommend GFP Travel. For many years, I had wanted to visit concentration camps in Poland, including Sobibor in eastern Poland which is where my grandparents were killed during the Holocaust. I had only limited time, and wanted to squeeze in visits to three camps (Auschwitz, Majdanek and Sobibor), but the problem was they not located close to each other. I had sent inquiries to other tour guide companies, and was told by all of them that what I wanted to do was impossible in the limited time I had available.
Tomasz at GFP prepared an itinerary which not only included all three camps, but also added guided tours of Krakow, Lublin and Warsaw. He was wonderful to work with, patient, and prepared an excellent itinerary. Our guide/driver, Jacek, picked us up at the airport in Krakow, drove us everywhere, and drove us to the airport in Warsaw for our departure. He patiently drove us for hours around Poland to all our requested sites without complaints, which included driving for miles along a pothole filled road to reach Sobibor. Jacek was extremely knowledgeable about the history of all the places we visited, and was a pleasure to be with. We needed to have kosher food during our visit, and Tomasz and Jacek were most helpful in this regard as well. Tomasz booked us in excellent hotels in each city, and all our needs were taken care of from our arrival in Poland through our departure. They made our visit to Poland most enjoyable and informative, and I give them my highest recommendation.

We booked a day tour to visit our ancestral villages near Poznan. Tomasz was extremely helpful and easy to book with - he answered all emails very promptly and gave us all the information we needed. We were met by our tour guide Mateusz at Poznan train station and we had a great day driving to all the villages and a lovely lunch on the Oder River. Mateusz was very friendly and kind - he shared lots of information about Poland with us and managed to fit in a quick tour of Poznan and the cathedral at the end of the day too. Our train back to Berlin was delayed and he waited at the station with us to make sure we got back. GFP Travel are very professional and have excellent tour guides - I would highly recommend them for a private tour in Poland.
