Just moved to the area and stopped by Organicare for an urgent request. My husband needed his suit cleaned for a work event the next day. They were more than accommodating and had our items rushed and ready in 24hours. They also didn't charge an extortionate fee for rush service. We have found our new cleaners!!

Needed my suit and dress shirts pressed only and needed them done in 3 days. They promised me they’d be done by Friday at 11am. Showed up on Friday and they weren’t done. Had a trip to go on so I couldn’t wait long. They rushed to complete the task and had them done by 11:20ish. When I got to open them up the shirts were still wrinkled.

Our entire family was very pleased with the professionalism and results of this dry cleaner. It has since changed hands recently and are a COMPLETE disaster. I took in 5 garments last Friday. They said Tuesday afternoon they would be ready. I went in Tuesday afternoon and the lady had absolutely no clue where my clothes were! She said the manager would get back to me. That never happened. They wouldn't answer the phone, I called 3 times and finally someone answered. The "manager" would look into it. Finally they called Wednesday afternoon and said they found the garments. I took in five garments and the bill came to 49.00!!!! I asked for renumeration for the huge inconvenience, two trips, many phone calls and they took $5.00 off. Needless to say, we definitely will not be back ever again. The price is outrageously expensive and we get to experience horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

On January 29, 2024, I brought in 6 pieces of clothing – 2 shirts, 2 pants, 1 jean, and one jacket. Despite requesting on-site seamstress services, the owner mentioned they outsource. Assured everything would be ready by February 1st at 4:00 pm, I was disappointed to find the dry cleaners had not fulfilled the necessary tasks. The cleaning and service were subpar, with forgotten buttons and damage to my shirts and pants. I caution other customers to be aware of their practices, I spent over $50 dollars.

Very disappointed service. I have been coming to the front desk for up to three times for the same blouse, because I kept finding stains on my silk blouse. After trying three times, I still found stains on my blouse, see attached pictures. I am extremely disappointed with the service. It is wasting time and money.

As a resident of San Ramon, I've used Vogue Cleaners' pick-up and delivery service for about 18 months and have been delighted at how well they take care of the clothes. The pick-up and delivery is dependable -- they never missed a day. For the service, the prices are very reasonable. The website for managing your account does the job well enough. And, when a couple mistakes were made in cleaning and altering articles, they apologized and corrected them at no charge.
