Excellent experience! Dropped off a wool blanket and a bunch of dress shirts and was surprised by how inexpensive the final bill was. Nice staff and easy location.

I've taken a Few clothing items to this location, and walked out a Happy Camper. They have a Great process. Been a customer for over 4 years. The only thing I disliked is that you have to pay with your debit/credit or have exact change when paying with cash. Besides that, I'll keep coming back.

Unfortunately, I cannot trust this business to take care of my nicer clothes anymore or to make things right when they make a mistake. A few weeks ago, I brought in a new and expensive linen shirt, it came back to me with obvious black splotches at the cuffs and collar. When I pointed this out to the woman working the counter, she kept the shirt and said that their spot person would try to fix it. (The people who work the register are all very nice people and not at fault; my complaint here is directed at the management.) After I responded to a text they sent to me asking to let them know about my experience, I got an email from the management explaining the problem — apparently, the shirt had some fabric glue used in it’s making, which I guess their iron was too hot for — and they said they would try to fix the spots. At the time, I appreciated that they were taking my complaint seriously. Unfortunately, when I picked the shirt up from them, the black spots were all still there, and the shirt remained cosmetically ruined. When I wrote back to them to say that I was still upset about the condition of my new shirt and wondering if there was anything else they could do to make things right, they did not respond, and still have not responded two weeks later. I don’t expect a dry cleaner to never make mistakes; but I do expect that if they ruin a new $175 shirt they would at least offer to compensate me for the damage, through store credit if not directly in cash. As it is, I don’t feel comfortable using them anymore.

Strange strains appearing on clothes. One or two times OK, but consistent and no explanation. Will update if I do get more info, but I would avoid.

I’ve been a customer for well I think, over 17 years. I’ve always been totally satisfied. Now things do happen like, a missing designer button; OrganiCare was able to replace the same button. And recently replaced a designer zipper pull. So I recommend OrganiCare for all your garment cleaning needs. It’s the little Details with Big Memories!

I finally got around to wearing a shirt I got back and a button was missing. It looks like it got mangled on a machine, this is the second shirt with a button issue, the first one they lost the button and told me it had been sewed back on when I picked it up. Time to look for a new place.

This is a fantastic company! They provide quick service, pick up and deliver my dry cleaning, and the front counter staff members recognize me when I drop off my laundry bag and I always ask for delivery. They can always tell me approximately when my delivery will occur.
