Sink or Swim is a one stop shop for anything that you need to help take care of your pool. As a first time pool owner, they were always quick to respond to questions that I had, and were quick to share tips and tricks to better maintain the pool.

When we did have issues, they provided fair quotes and effective solutions. I always felt like they were looking out for what was best for my situation, not trying to take advantage of it.

We also leveraged their weekly cleaning service when we had moved away but still owned our property. The team was very consistent in their efforts, and their communication made me feel at ease even when I couldn't see their work first hand.

I would recommend Sink or Swim to anybody looking to get some help with their pool and spa. They were absolutely great to work with. Thanks so much team!

Great company to work with. The office and field staff communicated daily to check-in, identify what steps were to be completed, and provided updates to the timeline when we experienced delays due to weather. The crews worked quickly but did not sacrifice quality for speed. Follow-up after completion was prompt and thorough; they even ensured my water chemistry was balanced afterwards to promote proper curing of the new finish.

A Manager hand-delivered samples of the tile options I picked out, and offered to show me a recently completed pool with the specific finish/color I selected, so I could see it in person. I thought that was very customer-forward oriented and they exceeded my expectations.

I will be doing business with them again to have some decking around the pool redone. They’ve earned both my trust and future business.

We needed renovation of our pool tile and coping, the price was very reasonable for removing all old tile, grout & mastic. They arrived on time as scheduled, completed the job in 2 days time with a final visit Saturday morning for a finishing touch. They placed all new tile, grout and mastic and put a protective treatment on the sandstone. It’s hard to know if you are choosing a good company for any type of renovation project but this company did a great job, we were relived and quite happy with the results. 5 stars, thanks a bunch to Sink or Swim.

This company repaired and rebuilt the flagstone decking around my pool and completely rebuilt my pool. They gave me a timeframe and everything happened as promised. It is beautiful and they did an out-standing and very professional job. I am very pleased with the work and they did not hesitate to answer or address any of my questions.

The inspection located the leak. The proposal was worse case scenario if they had to go through the deck. Juan and Miguel were awesome in their work. They repaired without cutting up the deck and the company was very fair in their adjustment. A landscaping light was accidentally damaged and they special order the part and repaired the light to perfect condition. I am 100% satisfied. They went beyond and above my expectations. I will use them again and highly recommend them. I forgot one more thing. After the repair of the leak was completed my pool pump would not come on as it was losing its prime. They sent someone out ( I forgot his name) but he was an expert in troubleshooting and made a few minor adjustments and it was running perfectly. He was patient, explaining as he went and completed his problem solving and repairing with excellent customer service. So pleased with the whole operation including the front office. Very customer friendly. They cared.

Sink or Swim did a great job resealing our coping, table in the pool and outdoor kitchen. Fast, efficient, professional and they completed the project ahead of schedule. I would add a photo, but seeing a picture of sealed concrete isn't a wow factor! 🙂
