The apartment, a luxurious two-bedroom with three bathrooms, boasts incredible views that enhance the living experience. The top-tier restaurant, Tonight or Tomorrow, offers an exquisite dining experience that residents truly appreciate.

From the outset, the service is impressive, featuring genuine valet parking—not merely a promised service, but an excellently executed one. Upon our first arrival, they had dog treats ready for our pets, underscoring their pet-friendly ethos. The dog park is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with nearly all pets well-behaved, making it a paradise for dog owners.

Additionally, during the initial tour, we were excited to learn about the possibility of having a fire pit with decorative marble rocks, adding a unique touch to our living experience.

Arnold, the head concierge, consistently delivers exemplary service. All the concierges are friendly, professional, and consistently go out of their way to assist residents, whether it’s making reservations or locating a lost package. Their efforts significantly enhance the living experience here.

The leasing office staff are exceptional, always on top of things, and they go out of their way to assist you with any needs or concerns. Their dedication and responsiveness truly stand out, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.

The property boasts a very well-stocked gym, which recently added a Smith machine, much to the delight of fitness enthusiasts. The social aspect of living here is vibrant, with regular happy hours and events that foster a strong sense of community. Unlike some places that host events infrequently, La Colombe d’Or consistently provides engaging activities for residents.

The security in the parking garage is outstanding, perhaps the safest I have observed, which adds to the sense of security throughout the property. The location is unbeatable, and the overall ambiance of the building is both quiet and inviting.

For the monthly premium of over $6,000, La Colombe d’Or largely lives up to its promise of luxury. The amenities, pet accommodations, security, and social activities are considerable benefits, making it a highly desirable place to live.

I have lived at this property for the past 3 years. From the first day I toured the property, until the present the property remains the same - high quality. From the building’s construction, high end appliances, art gallery, professionalism of the staff, to the attentiveness of the concierge team (Marlon, John, and Arnold). it has been an amazing three years. I’m especially impressed in the concierge team who takes the time to not only get to know the each resident, but are willing to always provide a helping hand. I cannot say enough about this wonderful property I have the privilege to call my home.

Love living here. It’s sophisticated but never pretentious…made to feel like home by the class and friendliness of the residents, but mostly by the staff. The concierge guys are exceptionally hospitable - John, Marlon, Candido and Arnold are like family…always taking care of anything, everything and everyone graciously (including our guests). The leasing team leads that welcoming culture by being a tight-knit group that seemingly loves what they do. Maintenance is always on it and responsive…keeping the building in close to perfect and brand new condition. The restaurant and bar staff just steps away are soooo good to all of us as well with a really solid and perfectly elevated food and beverage program.
The personalized service across the board, the quiet across walls and the tasteful and artful design makes it sometimes feel like I’m the only one living in this beautiful place of peace, comfort and vitality.

I absolutely love this building! I’ve been living here for almost 3 years. So many greats things: the views, neighborhood and beautiful restaurant next door! The concierge/valet/management staff are such a delight - always profession, well mannered and quick to problem solve! We will be leaving them all pretty soon - I am going to miss Marlon, Arnold and John! We had such an amazing experience living here. 10/10 would recommend this building.
