Viva Travel Centrum Last Minute

Jadę na wakacje z Viva Travel po raz czwarty, zaczynałam od skromniejszego hotelu, powoli były coraz lepsze. Za każdym razem hotel dopasowano do mojego budżetu i kilku innych wymagań, które czasem trudno pogodzić. Zawsze udawało się wyciągnąć z oferty maksimum, ostatnio hotel raj na ziemi kupiony first minute za naprawdę rozsądne pieniądze (La Blanche Resort, Turkutreis, Turcja). Pani Honorata, bo to z nią dotąd zawsze rozmawiałam, naprawdę przejmuje się klientem, a jak ostatnio zadzwoniła sama z siebie 3 tygodnie po zawarciu umowy, że zapomniała naliczyć zniżkę i umowę podpisywałyśmy jeszcze raz, żeby uwzględnić zniżkę to muszę powiedzieć - bardzo rzadko spotyka się dzisiaj takie osoby. Mega rzetelna, miła, przejmująca się klientem. Mój wielki szacun, dlatego serdecznie polecam. Top of top!!!

On a recent trip to Poznan, my friends and I missed a flight out of the Poznan Airport. We tried to follow the directions of the people we met at the airport help desks, but honestly, they weren't helpful at all. In a bit of frustration, I took myself upstairs to go to the restroom and on my way back, I happened to notice an office that looked like a travel agency. I walked in and was greeted with a smiling face, which immediately helped to put me at ease. Here was the wonderful and super helpful Honorata Walczewska! Honorata listened to my story of how we missed our plane and needed to get to Athens the next day and she immediately started to help and offer solutions. We ended up booking a bus ride to and plane ride out of Berlin for the next morning. Honorata was so great and funny and, most importantly, helpful. If you're ever caught at the Poznan Airport and need actual help, go see my favorite travel agent Honorata on the second floor. She will absolutely save your travel plans and do it all with a smile.
