Visiting Auschwitz was a profound and moving experience that I believe everyone should have at least once in their lifetime. The tour was exceptionally well-organized, ensuring that we could fully grasp the historical significance of the site while maintaining the respect and solemnity it deserves.

Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, providing detailed historical context and personal stories that brought the events of the Holocaust into sharp focus. The way she navigated us through Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau was both educational and deeply affecting, allowing us to reflect on the enormity of the atrocities committed there.

The preservation of the site is meticulous, with many original buildings and artifacts intact. Walking through the barracks, gas chambers, and seeing the piles of personal belongings left behind by victims was a harrowing but essential reminder of the past. We chose this tour not knowing what to expect but from the start communication was excellent and we were so pleased we chose this company. Messages were sent prior to the trip to introduce the Lead and the driver. The organisation of the whole trip is fantastic and the tour guide was fantastic with the detail given. I would highly recommend the lunch option as this was lovely too. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and really lovely. Great value for money.

We booked a guided tour for Auschwitz and for the Salt Mines.

Our tour driver, Wiktor, was very friendly and told us interesting facts throughout the day. He arrived at our hotel early and was waiting for us as soon as our tour at Auschwitz and at the Salt Mines had finished. He was also willing to take us to anywhere we wanted to go for our lunch break.

Our tour guides were also very friendly, very informative and were more than happy to answer any questions we had.

Would definitely recommend.

We order a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The staff was friendly and she gave us good advices about which trip was best for us.
The next day the driver picked us outside our apartment in time. He drove us to Auschwitz, waited 2 hours and then he drove us to Birkenau, and waited 1 hour.
After that, he drove us back to Kracow.
Everything was very good. We are satisfied with everything. High recommend! 👍

We took a private tour to Zakopane. Everything worked as scheduled. Wiktor, our guide, was very polite and friendly. All the activities were done just as planned. Both him and the guy at the office were very nice and communicative. They also arranged our transfer to the airport the next day. I would certianly recommend this company.

Yesterday we sp a little newsstand in a park in centrum, the young girl inside was wery good in english and we booked and paid a trip to the salt mine..
A Super friendly driver he picked us up at the hotel this morning.
At the salt mine he got the tickets for us and helped us to find the right line for English tour.
And he waited for us after as agreed after we finished.
Then he drow us to the old town and recommended a good restaurant.
100% professional and super service from this company... we recommend!👍
